Responsibilities:

  • Architect, design and develop high-traffic consumer-facing websites, intranets and extranets
  • Work alongside business leaders and internals staff to determine business requirements and rapidly translate them into final products
  • Design, evaluate, update and maintain applications in PHP
  • Participate in project meetings with clients and work with other developers as well as project managers/business analysts.
  • Maintain project timelines and meet deadlines
  • Outstanding analytic and problem solving skill, problem resolution and customer service.

Experience:

  • 4+ years experience installing and configuring Drupal high-traffic media rich websites.

Job Description

 

We are currently hiring a technical trainer with voice and data networking experience in Woburn, MA. The Technical Trainer will develop and deliver training course materials to support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of various voice and data products.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and deliver instructor-led training course materials.
  • Perform, setup and monitoring of lab sessions and administration of class materials.
  • Produce and deliver results on time and within budget, using solid project management techniques, in a fast-paced changing environment.
  • Work as a team player with the ability to adapt to extensive travel requirements when needed.

 

Qualifications/Experience:

 

  • 5 or more years presenting training material for a technical audience.
  • Knowledge of voice and data products including the following: VoIP, SIP, and IP Routing.

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field strongly preferred but not required.
  • 7+ years related technical experience in Networking, preferably with recent hands-on knowledge, necessary for customer product configuration and training purposes.
  • Pre-sales experience in service provider and enterprise environment required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively and add value as a team member.
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge and consultative skills.
  • Strong problem solving skills: ability to assess a problem and determine an effective course of action.
  • Knowledge of baseline Pre-Sales / Sales Engineer skills and deep knowledge in one area of specialization.
  • Knowledge and demonstrated operating experience in: IP routing, LAN switching, QoS, Ethernet, Campus/MAN, WAN, Transport systems.
  • Knowledge of relevant solutions sets, product line specifications, performance criteria, network design and applications.

·         Work with customers to create and execute test plans for their specific network deployments.
