Our client, a leading developer of Video Content Management and Creation software solutions is seeking a Senior Account Executive to penetrate Global 2000 enterprise accounts, primarily those with Headquarters or major operating presence in the EMEA region, based in London, UK.

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for the all aspect of prospecting, penetrating, identifying and qualifying sales opportunities in the assigned territory, including major market verticals such as Financial Services, Media/Telecoms, Education and Government.

Candidates must have 8-10+ experience in strategic sales, enterprise software, solutions selling in a consultative/ trusted advisor sales role.

The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for direct selling to Global 2000 companies and organizations as well as assisting our client's network of reseller and systems integration partners within the assigned territory to reach revenue objectives. Our client has a large installed base of reference-available accounts and a strong pipeline of prospects generated by a top-notch marketing programs, inside sales and lead generation/ lead nurturing organization and process.

The compensation plan will be competitive to Enterprise Software Sales representative position. This position will also have MBOs that will earn the individual up to 25% more income.

Candidates must have at least 10 years of enterprise rich-media software (content creation, content management, video-on-demand, streaming video) and solution sales experience and demonstrated track record of quota achievement, including working with a two-tier value added reseller channel. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with broad business experience, strong record of success and a drive to exceed expectations. They will also possess excellent interpersonal, sales and communications skills and bring a strong network of senior management (Executive management—"C-Level", Business Unit and Department management and IT contacts in the targeted verticals.

Experience with webcasting, streaming, video-on-demand (VOD), media asset management, content creation, content management and networking technologies are strongly preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite is expected; experience with Salesforce.com, NetSuite or similar CRM products a plus..

Sales methodology training, such as SPIN, Miller-Heiman, Solutions Selling, Target Account Sales (TAS), is strongly preferred but not required.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required

Regional and national travel up to 50%.
