Summary:

 

·        As a liaison between Information Technology and business organizations, collaborate with diverse business units in functional and technical disciplines.

Responsibilities:

 

·        Gather and document business requirements and present them effectively to Information Technology staff.

·        Assist business organizations with optimizing processes with an eye toward automation.

·        Facilitate buy-versus-build decision process in conjunction with management and technical staff.

·        Identify other processes, systems and organizations affected by new solutions or changes to existing.

·        Based on detailed project scope statement, complete the planning process by creating project schedule, budgeting cost, identifying and documenting roles and responsibilities, determining the information and communication needs of the stakeholders, developing risk register and associated approach for prioritizing and responding risks, and determining what to purchase or acquire, and when and how.

·        Acquire and direct project resources as well as relevant technical and functional disciplines in order to execute the project plan. Motivate project team members to take necessary steps to achieve the goals and objectives of the project.

·        Throughout execution, collect information on status of the deliverables, completed/ delayed activities, and costs. Analyze effectiveness of communications plan, and ensure that new risks are effectively identified, prioritized & responded.

·        Control factors that create changes, evaluate proposed changes, and effectively manage approved changes through a change control process.

·        Conduct status reporting and project performance measurement and enhance project performance by providing objective feedback to team members on performance and suggesting and/or taking appropriate corrective actions.

·        Formally establish project closure by conducting lessons learned session, handing off relevant project performance information and the produced product to project sponsor and obtaining final acceptance.

·        Develop and maintain effective working relationship with project sponsors, vendors, and key clients.

·        Utilize problem solving skills, business skills, solid verbal and written communication skills, excellent relationship building skills, as well as strong leadership and team management skills.

Requirements:

 

·        Bachelors degree or higher.

·        Project Management Institute's Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

·        5+ years of experience managing technology supported/enabled projects of moderate to high in complexity and size.

·        Proven track record of taking ownership of projects through successful completion.

·        Strong business acumen and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

·        Proficiency in Project Management Software is required. Knowledge of Microsoft Project is desirable.

·        Previous experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

·        Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously (preferably utilizing enterprise-level project management technologies).

·        Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.

·        Strong organizational and time management skills.

Senior IP Engineer

Responsibilities:

·        The candidate will report to the Director of Engineering and be responsible for: designing, documenting, managing and testing the installation of new IP customer orders for service.
·        Collaboration with Sales, customers and NOC to isolate and resolve complex trouble tickets and mitigate end-user issues with VoIP hardware and/or applications.
·        Monitoring the utilization of IP capacity and install new capacity as needed to accommodate network growth.

Director of Product Marketing

Director of Product Marketing will manage go-to-market activities and create marketing deliverables for product launches and marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the Marketing team to develop baseline positioning and messaging content for sales tools and must be able to interface effectively and establish quick credibility and confidence with: Product Management, Marketing, Corporate Communication, Direct Sales and Channel Management. Scope of Role

  • Applies industry accepted principles in retrieving, recovering and preserving digital evidence.
  • Collaborates with clients to seize and image various digital devices and provides information about the devices to assist investigations
  • Collects, examines and performs comprehensive technical analyses of computer-related evidence such as magnetic media storage devices (floppy disks, hard disks, magnetic tapes, optical disks, memory cards, magnetic strip cards, etc.)
  • Uses various forensic tools such as EnCase, Paraben, Logicube, Robocopy, FTK, Helix  and MacForensicsLab to search for information and evidence
  • Understands and has experience utilizing commonly used office programs
  • Conducts database research on a variety of public information database systems
  • Reviews files and understands how to proceed with the investigation of a case
  • Prepares clear and comprehensive reports of findings, through effective and strong communication skills
  • Collaborates and trains other forensic technicians in the lab

  • Certifications such as: Certified Forensic Computer Examiner (CFCE), Encase Certified Examiner (EnCE), Certified Computer Examiner (CCE) or a Forensic Certificate, AccessData Certified Examiner (ACE) and other vendor-specific and professional certificates.   Helpful but not required.
  • Experience with Eudora, Mozilla, Thunderbird is a plus
  • Strong hands-on experience with computer hardware: laptops, desktops (including Macs), servers, networks, PDAs and cell phones
  • Experience in digital forensic examinations
  • Significant knowledge of multiple operating systems and/or databases
  • Familiar with the rules of evidence and with chain-of-custody issues
