| Published Description: | Our client, an investment bank located in New York, is seeking a talented Enterprise Architect with 5-10 plus experience to work as a trusted advisor to our client. This is a FULL TIME, DIRECT HIRE position.
Role: Hiring Company Industry: Investment Banking Number of Employees: 1000 – 10,000 Expected Compensation: $140K Base + Bonus Location: BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Ideal candidates will have 5-10 years of: · Relevant · Strong team leadership skills · Project Management experience · Must have worked with a Capital Market firm and have full understanding of buy side, sell side, equities application and infrastructure portfolios. Experience understanding Fixed Income and Equities is important. TECHNICAL SKILLS · The candidate must have a strong knowledge of the financial industry and how Capital Markets operates. · The candidate will have lead level experience in the "technology stack" including Information/Data Architecture and Integration, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, etc. · Experience in developing and implementing IT architecture plans, Enterprise Information Architecture standard and guidelines, software development methodologies and strategic plans. · Proven experience performing conceptual, logical and physical data modeling with data modeling tools and database design in complex, large-scale data environments. · At least 5 years progressive experience in enterprise information/data related disciplines, i.e., data modeling, architecture and integration. MANAGEMENT SKILLS · Able to lead large teams and projects · Broad, diverse experience and knowledge of major technologies (legacy to emerging). · Understanding of business parameters and drivers · Good understanding of Business Case Development · Ability to articulate technical issues in business terms and vice-versa. · Demonstrated mastery of the 'technology stack' from infrastructure through business logic and applications. · Experience working along side C-level employees.
