Responsibilities:

  • The role will include the management of internet video ad campaigns, liaising with clients, production of reports as well as the testing and QA of creative content.
  • Successful candidates will be of a technical nature and will be able to adapt their skills and experience to the individual needs of a particular campaign. 

Specifically the role includes:

  • Setting up advertising campaigns by liaising with sales teams, developers and clients
  • Maintenance of campaigns from start to finish
  • Use of proprietary tools to investigate publisher irregularities and campaign misplacements
  • Production of internal and external reports detailing campaign performance
  • Proactively offering advice to clients to help optimize their campaigns and measure their effectiveness. 

Education, Experience & Skills Requirements:

  • Experience in Internet advertising, specifically Internet-based video

  • A high level of communication skills (written, speaking, listening)

Responsibilities

  • The Linux Systems Administrator will be responsible for supporting the infrastructure and systems for our client's global infrastructure, as well as the software development and QA environments.  
  • The Linux SA will support a team of software engineers, architects, project managers, developers, QA and UAT teams.
  • The role will include monitoring the performance of a proprietary real-time global delivery and tracking system effective diagnosis of capacity, security and various third party issues across our client's global network.

 

Duties will include:

  • Design and development of custom tools to aid and automate the operations process, hardware procurement, installation and maintenance at our client's European and New York data centers.
  • Office operations including various intranet services, VOIP and VPN systems
  • Overseeing operational projects to completion

 

Education, Experience & Skills Requirements

Required background

  • Strong technical aptitude in the Linux Systems admin domain, including various Linux deployment (RedHat, Debian 4 and above, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of IP network systems, design, diagnostics and scalability
  • Exceptional abilities in network security (Linux, VPN, SSL, IPsec, Firewalls, IDS, etc.)
  • Exceptional technical and process problem solving skills
  • Candidates must have strong personal attributes in the areas of attitude, motivation, persistence, creativity and curiosity.

 

Preferred skills:

  • Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.  However, this requirement will be waived for exceptional candidates.
  • Various programming / scripting languages in order to build tools to aid system management
  • Hardware maintenance skills, specifically Intel based Linux servers
  • Experience with Linux VPN and VOIP systems, preferably Asterisk.
  • Network and Systems Performance monitoring systems, e.g. Nagios, SMARTS, CiscoWorks, etc.
  • Solid background in the automation of technical and non-technical tasks and notifications in order to reduce human intervention, errors and effort.

Call Center / Voice Technology Manager

 

Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the installation, maintenance and performance of the company's voice communications infrastructure supporting critical business functions that process 24 hours per day/7days per week. 
  • Provides extensive Level II and III support for communications infrastructure to ensure quick response time and timely problem resolution for applications that process 24 hours per day/7 days per week.
  • Coordinates all escalations with manufacturers/vendors including attainment/implementation of software patches and hardware resolutions. 
  • Provides the most appropriate technological solutions for voice technologies in the Call Center environment, off-site locations and Branch operations to maximize quality and minimize cost.
  • Plans, manages, and assists in the installations and configuration of voice systems and provides end-user training and support for Call Center and Branch Personnel. 
  • Responsible for providing remote and on-site troubleshooting and support for these systems: Avaya Definity G3 Systems, Octel Aria 250 Voice Mail Systems and Avaya (Lucent) Merlin Legend/Magix Systems, Avaya IP Office, Avaya 8720, Avaya IP Gateway systems, Avaya Module Messaging.
  • Responsible for all voice services related to Call Center day-to-day operations including designing and maintaining Call Control Tables, monitoring of PBX trunks and ports and planning for future growth.
  • Manages the support for moves, add and change work on all Avaya ACD Systems, Branch PBX systems and desktop handset equipment. 
  • Provide functional areas with voice communications reporting and metrics using ECAS, CMS and NICE reporting platforms. 
  • Provides System Administration, Report Creation, Design and Customization of Daily Reports for Call Centers/Distribution Centers. 
  • Maintains AT&T Routing Plans enabling changes of Toll Free routing of any Branch or Call Center calls using AT&T Route-IT.

Education And Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of personnel management experience is required. 
  • Minimum of 5 years experience managing voice technology in a multiple Customer Contact Center environment is required.
  • Project Management experience is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Avaya CMS experience is required. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of Avaya Modular Messaging experience is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Avaya IP Office and Avaya Gateway experience is required.
